I had this idea back in October 2005 to create a web site focused around interviews with top experts in network marketing, internet marketing, and personal development. I already had a blog called Home Business Blogs so Home Business Interviews was a natural progression from that. When I checked I found to my surprise the domain name was still available so I snatched it up.

Originally my ideas were pretty selfish. I wanted to create this site so I could meet some of these experts and get my name associated with the top people in the business. I was also thinking about it as a big money maker for me. I wasn’t really doing it for the right reasons so I never actually did anything other than get some logos and talk to some people about the idea.

Finally in January of 2009 I set a new goal for myself. It was “I am working with the right coaches and mentors“. That was the beginning for me and I knew I wanted to get back into the project. This time I wasn’t focused on money but on my own personal development and providing this training and information for my team in my business. I wasn’t worried about getting my name out there, I just wanted the opportunity to meet some of these people.

In April 2009 I still wasn’t sure about the idea but I spoke with a few of these potential coaches/mentors and they encouraged me to pursue it. I began to work in earnest immediately in making HomeBusinessInterviews.com a reality.

Home Business Interviews launched in May 2009 as I began doing interviews with hosts. I met with a sound engineer who would help me put everything together in a professional format and finally on June 10th 2009 our first show was made live!

I’m proud to say the shows are FREE. You can get the latest shows each and every week without paying a cent.

There is also an option for those of you that want to get them on audio CD… we have that option available for a low fee. This also helps offset the cost of producing not only the CD’s but producing the podcast, hosting the podcast, etc.
